INSTAGRAM UPDATES
1. Comment history
Suppose you want to know whom you commented on last week or 4-to 5 years ago or wanna know what you actually commented on or whether you commented on your best friend or favorite actor's post and you can't actually remember it. Then just don't worry Instagram provided you the way you can find out it.
Process- Go to your profile section < tap on the three-line < select your activity < tap on interactions < from here tap on comment and find out whom you comment what and when.
2. Likes history
Wanna know in the social trap whom you liked when or whether you liked your crush's recent posts or wanna find out the post you have liked ever and want to share it with your friend. Instagram with the new update made it easier for you.
Process- Go to your profile section <tap on the three-line < select your activity < tap on interactions < from here tap on likes and see all the posts you have liked.
Alternatively, Go to your profile section< tap on the three-line on< tap on settings< on the search box search manage likes< you can get all the liked pictures or videos.
3. Story replies to history
As like the same wanna find out what reaction you have sent or replies to other's story or have done a poll and vote for that.
Process- Go to your profile section< tap on the three-line < select your activity < tap on interactions< taps on story replies and easily check it out.
4. Favorite and following posts
In this busy lifestyle, we sometimes can't see our loved ones' posts or just miss that. Not to worry about Instagram will always connect you with your loved ones every time, they care for you.
Process- Go to your Home page< tap on the Instagram icon< it will provide you suggestions you want to see the posts of your fab ones < choose them and then do confirm < tapping on Instagram icon each time it will provide you options(favorite/ following) whichever post you want to see you can choose.
5. Trending tags
Everything we post we need trending tags and we got confused about it every time. Instagram with the easiest way for your post, you can do it.
Process- tap on the search icon at the lower display of your screen< search for the topic-related tags for the post( for example; search #dance for dancing you will get all the trending tags for dancing).< Done
6. Instagram poll
With the new interaction on Instagram, we can say that felt our needs. As earlier we were ONLY two polls i.e; YES OR NO but now we have a maximum of 4 polls available in whatever we want to write.
Process- Tap on add to your story option or simply on the + icon on your profile picture< tap on the emoji-like icon< you can here find the poll option ( any difficulty go through the following picture).
7. Instant sharing
This is one of the best updates on Instagram. What we do earlier to share the posts just tap on the share icon and select the persons we want to share separately. But now not need to do it. You can go through the process.
Process- select any post you want to share< long tap on the share icon you can get the options of 4 persons you interact with the most< choose them and share it.
8. Active status
Just like Meta( Facebook), Instagram will now also show who is online on the top every time. Now select the person and start chatting.
9. Group polling
Suppose in any group chat some people want to go to the movie while some want to go to the party. Just put a poll in the maximum number you want to give the option and take the decision according to the vote just you have to put the polls.
Process- select the group you want to poll on< tap on the plus icon< tap on emoji sticker< tap on the poll and put the poll< tap on creating the poll.
10. Activities of your posts
If you want to know the reposts, saved numbers, shares, likes, or comments on any of your posts. Simply, analyze your post-action.
Process- tap to your post < tap on three dots< tap on View insights < form here you can acknowledge your post.
11. Restore deleted posts
If you want to share the deleted post once again or wanna get a copy of it. Whenever you change your mood. It's easy don't worry.
Process- tap on your profile section< tap on the three-line < select your activity< tap on recently deleted< and can restore from here.
12. Download your action
If you want to get a copy of the actions or posts on your account and do want to save a copy of it or want to make a link of it to share. You can get it in your active email ID.
Process- tap on your profile section< tap on the three-line < select your activity < tap on download your information option at the last of the page< provide the required e-mail< you will get the information of the action of your account on your account within 48 hours.
13. Seen or unseen
Sent a message to the person you don't follow and also that person doesn't follow it. It will automatically go to the requests section. If the person ever saw your message you are not able to see the seen notification or you can't know whether it's or not. You can go through it. It's basically a trick not the update or features of Instagram.
Trick- just sent the message in the vanish mode. Receivers also have to see the message in vanish mode and until it doesn't accept the request he/she will not be able to see the message. And hence you got to know he/she seen it or not.
LATER ON NEW UPCOMING UPDATES
1. Featured reel
As I have told you in my earlier posts Instagram is promoting more videos. Now in passing time, you will get an option of making a reel of the story highlights best pictures, or videos with auto trending songs and transitions all did set by Instagram. Moreover, if you want to edit it you can do.
2. Voice option on story replies
Now only you have two options either to reply to that story or sent a reaction but later on, you will be able to send a voice note too. Instagram will soon make available this feature.
3. Instant reply
Suppose you are watching reels and any of your friends sent you a message to read and reply to that message you tap on it and the whole reel history clears. To let you get out of this mess. Instagram will soon provide you an option of instant reply option on the notification bar. All your reel is safe you can watch it on the pause play option.
